In the area of small business law, I represent clients in a range of small business issues from business formation to contract drafting and negotiation to litigation. Many of my clients have started small businesses, purchased existing small businesses and refinanced small business loans. I have significant experience negotiating and drafting various contracts, including employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and software license agreements. I also advise non-profits on formation and business management issues, and I sit on the Board of Directors for the North Colorado Springs Rotary Club Foundation.
